# Reducing salon no shows and last minute cancellations

\- Give your customer an appointment card  
  
\- Send SMS  
  
\- Make a phone call  
  
Which one would you choose? The best way is to use all of them.  
  
Appropriate customer relationships get rid of no-shows  
  
Stimulating your team to form strong relationships with your customers will reduce no-shows as they increase a customer’s loyalty to their specialist.  
  
It’s also important to mention another reason for no-shows: the customer was not satisfied with his or her last visit. For them, it’s much easier to just not come than to show their displeasure.
