365 SUN LLC has been the exclusive U.S. distributor of Amazonliss® and Nutree Professional® products since 2014, and is the company that developed and established the Amazonliss / Nutree Professional brand and business in the United States.
Our overseas supplier, Chromus Comercial Sociedade Unipessoal Ltda (d/b/a “Nutree Professional”), and its owner, Bruno Borges, became involved in a legal dispute with 365 SUN LLC concerning the exclusive U.S. distribution agreement.
A Florida Court Has Issued an Injunction
In Case No. 2025 CA 005632 NC, pending in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court in Sarasota County, Florida, the Court issued an injunction barring Chromus Comercial and Bruno Borges from selling or importing Amazonliss / Nutree Professional products in the United States while the case is pending.
This is important for businesses considering purchasing these products from overseas suppliers or other sources outside the authorized U.S. distribution channel.
What U.S. Wholesale Buyers Should Know
Before purchasing Amazonliss® or Nutree Professional® products for resale in the United States, buyers should verify the source of the products and their authorization for U.S. distribution.
Businesses or individuals that knowingly purchase, import, distribute, or resell products in violation of a court injunction may be subject to legal action or other remedies available under applicable law, depending on the circumstances.
For this reason, we strongly encourage new and existing wholesale customers to verify their supply channel before placing an order or importing products into the United States.
The Story Behind Nutree Professional in the United States
Since 2014, Lance Thompson and Natalia Likhacheva, founders of 365 SUN LLC, have worked to build Nutree Professional in the United States under an exclusive distribution agreement with the Brazilian manufacturer.
Over the years, we made significant financial investments in developing the brand in the U.S., including advertising, model photo shoots, product photography, content creation, hairstylist education, and outreach to salons and consumers. The brand’s recognition in this market reflects years of our work, investment, and relationships with customers.
In 2025, the manufacturer, led by Bruno Borges, began selling products directly from Brazil into the U.S. market. 365 SUN LLC alleges that these actions violated our exclusive distribution agreement, caused substantial financial losses, and jeopardized the investments we had made in building the business.
To protect our contractual rights and investments, 365 SUN LLC filed a lawsuit. The litigation remains ongoing. As part of the proceedings, the court issued a preliminary injunction restricting certain activities by the defendants relating to sales in the United States. The parties covered, specific restrictions, and duration are governed by the court’s order.
Ownership of U.S. Content and Materials
All content created for Nutree Professional in the United States — including photography, videos, advertising creatives, social media accounts and their content, websites, and educational materials for hairstylists — was developed and funded by 365 SUN LLC. These materials are the property of 365 SUN LLC, and all rights to them in the United States are reserved. Any use, copying, or distribution without the written permission of 365 SUN LLC is prohibited.
