Our overseas supplier, Chromus Comercial Sociedade Unipessoal Ltda (d/b/a "Nutree Professional"), and its owner Bruno Borges, breached the exclusivity terms of our distribution agreement by attempting to import and sell these products in the US outside of 365 SUN.
As a result, a Florida court (Case No. 2025 CA 005632 NC, 12th Judicial Circuit, Sarasota County) has issued an injunction barring Chromus Comercial and Bruno Borges from selling or importing Amazonliss / Nutree Professional products in the United States while the case is pending.
365 SUN LLC (Amazon seller "Keratin_from_Brazil") remains the only authorized source for these products in the US. For genuine, authorized wholesale pricing and partnership, please contact us directly using the form below.

1. Your company profile type requires a presence of a physical store or beauty salon in the Hair and Beauty Supply Type;(Please, provide us an address, website, and link to your professional beauty brand portfolio)
2. Your company has a relevant specialist or a certified Hair Stylist, who could train hairdressers or consult clients on professional hair care products;
3. You have an online store in the beauty and cosmetics products category, the assortment of the beauty category must contain hair care products, and it must be more than 50% volume of another category of the store.
4. Unfortunately, the company doesn't accept wholesale orders with permission to resell on Amazon or Walmart.(This option is on hold and cannot be changed. Unfortunately, there's no way to place such type of order.)
